What is a ONECARD Gift Card?
ONECARD Gift Card is the ideal gift for everyone! It is a gift card containing UPoints in denominations ranging from RM10 to RM200, which can be purchased at any 1 Utama Customer Service Centres and Concierge. Redeemable at over 770 outlets and restaurants, it is no wonder the ONECARD Gift Card is at the top of the list of favourite gifts to give during Anniversaries, Birthdays, Weddings, you name it!
Value and Validity
ONECARD Gift Cards come in denominations of RM10, RM50, RM100, RM150 and RM200. If you wish to purchase a higher value gift card, this can easily be arranged according to your needs. A ONECARD Gift Card is valid for 12 months from its date of purchase, which is printed on the Gift Card as well as on the purchase receipt. Once the gift card has expired, it will no longer be redeemable and no refund will be given. The good news is that once the value is converted to UPoints into a ONECARD, the expiry date of the Gift Card value will follow the expiry date of the ONECARD membership and the value can be carried forward if the ONECARD is renewed.

How does ONECARD Gift Card work?
Simply download 1 Utama SuperApp and login to your ONECARD to attach your Gift Card!
If you are not a ONECARD member yet, you will need to apply for a FREE ONECARD membership at Concierge, 3rd Floor Highstreet or any of our Customer Service Centre located at 2nd Floor Oval, Centre Court or Lower Ground Floor 1 Utama E before we can convert the UPoints into your ONECARD. After that, you can enjoy spending with your UPoints at more than 770 ONECARD Participating outlets at 1 Utama Shopping Centre via 1PAY.

Refund of Gift Card
- The purchaser can request a refund if the gift card has not been presented to the receiver, has not been redeemed and is still valid. The ONECARD gift card is valid for ONE year from the date of purchase.
- The purchaser can request for a refund at our Customer Service Centres or Concierge at 1 Utama Shopping Centre or email to onecard@1utama.com.my for further assistance.
- An administrative fee of RM5.00 (inclusive of Goods and Service Tax) will be chargeable for the processing of such refunds. The Operator will process the refund request within 30 days from the date of application.
- Refund is only available to the purchaser of the ONECARD Gift Card. Gift Card which was gifted or transferred to another ONECARD Member is not entitled for a refund.
